+ What is a worker?
A worker is a running agent daemon — an instance of staffrip-agent connected to your workspace. One worker handles one active agent session at a time. More workers means more parallel agent activity.
+ What is a space?
A space is a project directory. It carries its own agent, board, chat history, file store, and tunnel. You can have as many as your plan allows.
+ How does AI billing work?
Pro includes a free monthly allowance of AI tokens for coding and agent work. Once you exceed the allowance, additional usage is metered. You can also bring your own provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI…) or connect your existing Claude account — in which case the LLM cost is yours, not ours.
+ How does tunnel billing work?
Pro includes one tunnel per seat. Anything above that is €5/month each. On the free plan, tunnels are pay-as-you-go at the same rate once you add a payment method.
+ Is there a contract?
No on Free and Pro — monthly billing, cancel any time. Enterprise is annual contract-based with the procurement terms your legal team needs (MSA, DPA, NET-30, POs).
+ What counts as an active member?
Any user who has accessed the org in the current billing period. Invited but never logged-in users don't count.
+ Can I cancel at any time?
On Free and Pro, yes — monthly billing, no contracts, cancel from your org dashboard. Your data is exportable on every tier.
+ When can I self-host?
Enterprise tier today. We provide an automated deploy (terraform / helm / docker compose, your pick) that lands the full stack — agent runtime, ws-server, anthropic-proxy, control-plane — on your AWS, GCP, or on-prem cluster. Free and Pro run on our hosted infrastructure for now; self-host is on the roadmap for those tiers when there's enough demand.
