The agreement between you and Operanex SRL (operating staff.rip) for use of the workspace.

▸ TL;DR

01 Pay your bill, don't abuse the platform, you keep your IP.

02 We can suspend accounts for security incidents or non-payment.

03 No refunds for partial months — but cancel any time, no contract.

04 Liability capped at amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

§ 01

Your account

You're responsible for keeping credentials safe. One human per login. Service accounts via API tokens.

§ 02

Don't use staff.rip to host illegal content, run high-volume scraping against third parties, or train models on data you don't have rights to.

§ 03

You own everything you put in. We need a limited licence to operate the service — that's it. We never use your data for training.

§ 04

Monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Usage above plan limits billed in arrears. EUR · VAT applied per jurisdiction.

§ 05

Either party can terminate at any time. We'll keep your data accessible for 30 days post-termination, then delete on request.

§ 06

Service is provided "as is". Liability capped at 12 months of fees.
