staff.rip is a small team of developers who got tired of pasting code in and out of chat windows. We're building the tools we wished existed — and shipping them in public.
LLMs are co-workers, not features.
Most "AI products" treat the LLM as a feature you bolt onto an app — a sidebar, a textarea, a button labeled Improve with AI. We don't think that's where the real work happens.
The agents we work with day to day need a place to live. They need a project they can read, a board where tasks accumulate, a chat thread they remember, a tunnel they can serve, a filesystem they can write to. They need to be on-call when we sleep.
staff.rip is that place. It's a workspace shaped around the way real agents actually work — not a wrapper around a model.
